At Tech Novato, we strive to deliver the highest quality of IT services and digital solutions. Due to the labor-intensive nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. One-Time Services (Audits, Setups, Migrations)
Refunds for one-time project fees are evaluated on a milestone basis. If you cancel a project before work has commenced, a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) will be issued. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on the uncompleted portion of the project.
2. Monthly Subscriptions (Managed IT, Maintenance)
Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing cycle if a cancellation request is made mid-month.
3. Digital Products/Software Licensing
Any third-party software licenses or hardware purchased through Tech Novato on your behalf are strictly non-refundable once the purchase has been executed.
